Consultants
Inf//uent values partnerships with consultants who refer new clients to our agency. Rather than a one-time payout, we offer a multi-year recurring commission that rewards consultants for the long-term relationships they help build.
Eligibility
- This program is open to independent consultants, fractional executives, and advisory firms who refer potential clients to Inf//uent.
- Referred clients must sign a service agreement and complete their first month of service for the consultant to begin receiving commissions.
- Internal employees of Inf//uent or those directly affiliated with the referred client’s company are not eligible for this program.
Referral Process
Consultants earn a percentage of the referred client’s monthly spend for up to three years:
- Year 1 → 5% of the referred client’s monthly spend
- Year 2 → 3% of the referred client’s monthly spend
- Year 3 → 30% of the referred client’s monthly spend
Commissions are paid quarterly for as long as the referred client remains active, up to the three-year maximum.
Referral Process
1. Submit a Referral – Consultants must provide referral details via the Inf//uent Contact Us form before the referred client engages with us, or the referred client must mention the referrer by name when reaching out.
2. Client Qualification – Referred clients must be new to Inf//uent and sign a contract for ongoing marketing services.
3. Commission Calculation – Monthly commissions are calculated based on the referred client’s invoiced spend for that month, at the applicable year’s rate.
4. Payment Terms – Quarterly commission payments will be processed within 60 days of the close of each quarter, provided the referred client’s invoices for that quarter have been paid in full.
Additional Terms
- Commissions are tied to the referred client’s active engagement. If the referred client cancels, commissions cease at the end of their final paid month.
- If the referred client cancels before completing their first month, no commission will be paid.
- The three-year commission window begins on the referred client’s first full month of service.
- Inf//uent reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program at any time, with prior notice to active consultants. Any disputes or clarifications will be resolved at Inf//uent’s discretion.
